I needed to have something notarized, and a colleague mentioned that I should ask Beach Front Mann Realty. I called and they were very polite and said “Certainly, come right over whenever you have time”. I arrived later that morning, and was greeted by Dani who could not have been more pleasant. She introduced me to Lisa who is the notary. Lisa greeted me and said she’d be happy to help. She read the instructions on the document, asked to see my license for verification and promptly signed and stamped the document. She said “Looks like you’re all set, thanks for coming into Beach Front Mann Realty”, and I was on my way.
This might not seem like a big deal, but the few times I’ve had to have things notarized previously, if I was not a customer, they either wouldn’t provide the service, or did so begrudgingly, or in some cases, charged a fee for the service.
They did none of these. Nor did they ask if I was interested in buying or selling. Or renting. They were just courteous and professional, with no expectation that I would be a customer. Everyone’s nice to a customer or a potential customer. Sometimes it’s the way a business handles non-customers that shows their true colors. I couldn’t recommend Beach Front Mann Realty more.
